Project Description

Queensland Gas contacted Furst to design, fabricate and install a skid mounted machine to separate Nitrogen and Oxygen for use in their gas fields. Furst delivered 4 x electrical control cubicles to controll their process; Queensland gas wanted 2 x compressors to feed compressed air through a single tank followed by 2 x chillers to cool the air. The humidity would then be removed from the air through a dryer. The final step in the process requires a separator to separates the Nitrogen from the Oxygen.

Furst installed and commissioned the system in Melbourne. Factory Acceptance Testing was undertaken and the completed skid was successfully delivered to Queensland.
