ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING

We best serve your production and business objectives by first understanding them. Then we take a wide angle lens and consider what options are available to you. Because there’s more than one way to skin a cat. And project installation costs, and indeed running costs, vary widely depending on the design approach taken. Achieving a reliable operation at a competitive price requires smart electrical engineering. We’re here to hear about what you need.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING CASE STUDY

100 PERCENT BOTTLING

100 Percent Bottling needed new lines to meet demand for their water bottle contracts with Coles and Woolworths. Their existing machinery was not working for them; they had daily breakdowns and stoppages to change bottle sizes.

Firstly, we worked with 100 Percent to design a new system that was intuitive to bottle sizes so that the system could keep running. Next, we designed and fabricated a control system for a new conveyor and airveyor lines.

Not only did 100 Percent Bottling increase production, they saved 4 hours per day in stoppages.
